Court necklace, chaozhu, made up of 107 dark brown carved wooden beads interspersed with three large carved, light blue glass beads, fo tou, three counting strings, ji nian, each of which has 10 pale caramel wooden beads and a drop of amber, green or blue glass. Also includes a long drop extension, bei yuan, that hung down the wearer's back, which has a large carved light blue glass bead with stupa atop, fo tou ta, from which hangs a woven strap with a rectangular lobed pendant inlaid with lapis lazuli and a coral teardrop-shaped drop with gilt mount decorated with 'shou' characters, longevity, and bat motifs. The 'bei yuan' strap is broken into three segments.
