Notebook containing manuscript notes from various 19th century publications on music and concert performances. The 13 folios of notes are in pencil, feature what appear to be page numbers, and every page has been crossed out. 12 folios are loose form the binding. A lot of the notes have been crossed out, suggesting that some of the research was not useful for Carse's work.
