Letter from R.B. Chatwin to Adam Carse, dated 25 February 1948

Signed, handwritten letter to Adam Carse from R.B Chatwin, dated 25 February 1948, regarding the inclusion of a bassoon in the 'fan painting' at the Bath Art Gallery. The letter mentions a copy of a letter Chatwin received from 'Ricordi in Milan' (not included) regarding the Antonio Vivaldi Society and the authenticity of a set of Vivalidi concertos. Also mentioned is Chatwin's correspondence with Anthony Barnes thanking him for his article in the Philharmonic Post. Chatwin closes by discussing the weather, hoping Carse's wife is feeling better and mentioning his own wife's ill health.
