A letter sent by Frederick Horniman to a recipient with the initials F and d, dated 14 November 1893, requesting a plan of the piece of land near Westwood Park. Horniman notes that he plans to build a detached house on the land and asks about plans and elevations of a suitable building. There are faint notes in pencil on the back of the letter,
