One newspaper announcement that the Horniman Museum was going to be open free during the Christmas holidays (unknown year) as follows: Saturday and Wednesday in the afternoon, and all day on Bank Holiday and Tuesday. The main attractions to the Horniman Museum were the Art and Nature abundant and varied collections.
