Music and the Disabled. An enquiry by the Disabled Living Activities Group of the Central Council for the Disabled.

A 13 page report by the Central Council for the Disabled on the place of music in the lives of people with physical disabilities. The report is heavily notated and was likely an early draft. This was probably not written by Eric McGavin but his name is written in pen on the cover, the edits in pencil may have been his work and this would have been referred to by him during his work as a music educator with an interest in adapting instruments for people with physical disabilities.
