The file also contains rough diagrams of types of clarinet, timelines charting the history of clarinet making, chapter outlines and later drafts of the manuscript. The working title of the book was 'The Clarinet and its Music'. This research may have provided the groundwork for Brymer's book 'Clarinet'.
