Cor anglais, English horn, straight. 'Moderne' Index card reads: Nine silver-plated keys and two cover-plates, round, flat, (not included half hole plate). Mounted on pillars; one needle spring. Lowest note B natural. Twin holes for third finger left-hand. Dark wood of light weight: silver-plated mounts. Henri Brod died in 1839, and the date of this instrument is not likely to be much earlier. ex. Willmott
