Flute, whistle.

The collector, Mercedes Mackay, describes how this 'shrill one-note flute' was played together with a mirliton (M15.6.55/15), a horn and drums in a demonstration of a war dance. ('The Traditional Musical Instruments of Nigeria' Nigerian Field, 15 (3) July 1950, p.117)
