Oval scalloped paper label: 'Patent concertina by George Case, Boosey & Ching, Holles St, London.' 7.94" diameter flat rosewood ends, simple, bevelled, muslin backing. 48 keys: 24 each side, silver capped metal, bushed. Dark leather straps with nickel screws. Five-fold green leather bellows with green/gold papers, deep bellows frame to accommodate baffled pans. Round-end brass reeds, mountings exist for inner pan baffle, now removed.
