Scalloped oval paper label: 'Patent concertina by George Case, Boosey & Co., Regent Street, London.' 6.19" diameter flat rosewood ends, floral frets, bevelled, with white leather backing. 48 keys: 24 each side, flat nickel buttons, bushed. Later leather straps. One nickel screw (right-hand). Five-fold green leather bellows, green/gold arabesque papers. Round-end steel reeds.
