Button accordion, in auto-harp style, German 1880s. No serial number. No label. Stained black ends, bass side 9.88" x 10.5", reed bar side 9.75" x 10.5". Bass side has 11 domed plastic buttons: 2 rows of 5 + 1 air button. Top row labelled 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1. Treble reed bar side has 21 tinplate reed bars which act on concealed levers. There are two strips of labelling, in staff notation and in tonic sol-fa, beneath the bars. One leather cloth hand strap on bass side. Six-fold black leather cloth bellows on bass side. Brass reeds on zinc reed plates.
