Oval impressed stamp on front action cover: 'Busson Brevete Paris.' 19.5" x 6.88" diameter plain black wood ends, curved sides, light wood wind chest section fretworked front and rear, with two sprung brass securing buttons. Left-hand end with black wood hand bar with four brass feet and two areas of perforated air valves. 37 small piano keys: 22 bone 'white notes' and 15 ebony 'black notes', plus bone button controlling registers for musette reeds and tremolo and two metal switches to operate swell-shutter. Lower bone button controlling front air valve, enabling the player to vent the wind chest. Four-fold black leather bellows with black papers. Brass tongued reeds on double or treble brass reed beds.
