Left-hand end is monogrammed 'JG' at top. 6.25" diameter flat nickel ends, very open fretwork, etched and rustically decorated, metal to edge, ebony veneer on mahogany sides, mahogany hand bars. 43 keys: 17 + 2 effects + 1 drone left-hand, 22 + 1 valve right-hand. Flat metal buttons, bushed, 1 absent. Trace of gilt lined strap on left-hand, damaged screws. Six-fold black leather bellows, worn, fully gilt stamped and lined. Round-end steel reeds, rectilinear pan layout.
