Child's toy drum. A double membrane frame drum with paper membranes is suspended on two wires from a stick handle, which is fitted with four cogs consisting of strips of cardboard. The cogs engaged with a tongue (missing) that was attached to the wires with string, and struck against one membrane when the drum was whirled.
