Both bellows securing straps embossed: 'Milano organetto.' 11" x 6" diameter painted softwood ends, with unusual external end bolts mounted on lyre-shaped plaques. Right-hand has 2 rows (11 outer buttons, 10 inner buttons). Pearl buttons screwed onto wood levers under the fretwork pallet cover. Left-hand has 8 pearl tipped bass buttons in two rows, plus pearl tipped bass button and fretted end panel with 4 brass feet. Later leather hand and thumb straps. Thirteen-fold bellows, metal corners.
