Tow-row concertina, Anglo-German system. No serial number. Stamped on end frame: 'Viceroy Regist. Made in Saxony.' 6.25" diameter grained plywood ends. 21 keys: 10 each side + 1 air. Plastic-tipped wood, glued to levers. Later straps, secured by steel pins. Six-fold black leather bellows with gold star and dots papers. Reeds riveted to single reed plates.
