Octave spinet, one keyboard. Four octave compass C-c3, chromatic. One set of 4-foot strings (sounds an octave above normal pitch). Keyboard with boxwood covered naturals and ebony accidentals. Case of walnut with brass hinges. Plain trestle stand. Inscribed on the name batten over the keys in gold upper case letters: Arnold Dolmetsch MCMXL. Stamped on the wrestplank: Dolmetsch 207
