Spear of wood with carved barbs.
One piece spear of black palm wood with head of rounded diamond section stepped to a tapering cylindrical shaft 680 mm from the tip. Below the step there is an abstracted janiform carving in the same plain as the blade. The tip is heavily barbed with 19 pairs of barbs perpendicular to blade. On one face the blade has straight ridge terminating in a double scroll motif above a column of six eye motifs. Conical butt, slightly broken, also steps down to mid shaft at a distance of 520mm.
