A silk textile banner, originally square in shape, which has had the bottom centre section removed. In the centre of the upper section is a five-clawed dragon looking directly down onto a pearl of wisdom. The imagery surrounding this dragon is symmetrical. There are clouds, seven bats, one directly above the dragon's head, and two fruits, possibly peaches, on a branch at the extreme left and right. On either side of the void is another five-clawed dragon rising out of the waves, each looking at the centre dragon. Made with K'o-ssu (kesi) tapestry weaving technique, using cream and blue silks on a green-blue ground.
