Set of two brass lamps or burners, each with a waisted foot, open-work mid-section with everted rim, and a bell-shaped lid with a round knop. nn11163a has a piece of wood in the base with a metal wire wrapped around it that runs through the object and holds the parts together. nn11163b has a piece of wood in the base, but no wire, and is separated into three parts.
