Divination slip (qian), woodblock printed in ink on paper. This slip was from a Daoist temple dedicated to a deity of healing, 'Ge Xian Weng' (Immortal Elder Ge). This slip is number 97, printed with herbal recipe, which indicates it is a medical divination slip. The devotee would have taken this herbal prescription to a traditional herbal medicine store instead of consulting a doctor.
