Doll with a porcelain head, vegetable fibre hair and a textile body wrapped in several pieces of textile with a quilted blanket on top. The doll is contained in a carrier or hammock made from sacking and netting bound with a woven band. There are four metal rings attached to the corners of the carrier/hammock, each with a vegetable fibre suspension cord, which are plaited to form two suspension cords each having a metal hook attached to the loose end.
