There will be no through route in the Gardens on Saturday 19 April, and the Gardens are open on Saturday to Spring Fair ticket holders only. Museum visitors need to enter and exit via London Road.
Woollen blanket constructed from two identical halves which are sewn together with cream coloured wool thread. The textile is decorated with a central panel containing a curvilinear motif (grey and cream) surrounded (top and bottom) with four polychrome birds and two antlered animal heads on a black background. The panel is flanked by black, grey and cream stripes. Integral fringing on two sides.
