Rectangular piece of brown barkcloth with one corner missing. The textile is seemingly part of a larger cloth as some of the patterns are cut. The painted black decoration consists of a centre panel and borders. The panel is decorated with a lattice pattern. The longer border consists of 4 parallel lines. The shorter border consists of a wider line. The marks from beating the cloth show clearly on the undecorated reverse.
