Curved club of so-called 'beaked battle hammer form', with an expanded head comprising multiple studs that fringe a concave conical striking point. This point and the lower section of the handle are covered in tavatava zig zag decoration. The form of the head is believed to represent the fruit head of the Pandanus. The head has been broken so that much of the upper half is missing.
