Game piece or handle, resembling a staff. The bottom half is made of turned and lacquered wood, coloured black with narrow horizontal red stripes. The top half is made of turned elephant ivory. It is also decorated with narrow red stripes, and has an engraved pattern on the head. The head has a deep notch cut in it and a hole drilled in each side, possibly for attachment of another part that is missing. A small loop of copper alloy wire is attached to the tip of the wooden end.
