Wide squat basket, twill woven made from split bamboo. Square base, from which the sides swell out slightly, then curve inwards and then flat above the shoulder, with a short neck above which the rim is reinforced with hoops of cane. A plaited and twined carrying strap is attached at two points to one side of the neck, which is bound with bands of plaited fibre strips.
