Turned wooden vase covered with lac, chiefly red but with some narrow bands of green, which has been applied on the lathe. The vase has a globular body and a fluted neck. Small foot, partly broken. Floral decoration has been engraved all over the outer surface into the horizontal bands, alternately red and green, with the two main bands in red. There is a label affixed to the base which reads: 'Goblet - etched. Reg no 15676. from Agra'.
