Almost flat charger with a very low ring on the underside. The dish is highly decorated in concentric bands around a central medallion depicting a snake amid floral motifs. The widest band contains birds amid foliage. There is an inscription in black on the underside in Devanagari script, reading 'Aum Shri', and the label on the underside is '2055 Glazed plate. Bombay'. Typical of Bombay School of Art.
