Container made from a dark wood. The container is formed of several pieces with the two sides slightly curved. The sides and base has raised decoration of scrolls and floral designs, with the two sides also depicting a human face. The container had four ball feet, two of which remain. There are plain bands at the top and bottom of the sides that have raised, polished balls.
