Sword guard, tsuba. Round shape (Maru gata). Two holes (Nakago-ana, Kogai Hitsu-ana). On one side is a crest of 'kiku' (chrysanthemum) in middle left. A vine runs from top to middle left in a black line. On the reverse is a crest of 'kiku' (chrysanthemum) in middle right. A vine runs from top to middle right in a black line.
