The top of a hookah that is formed of a bowl that is made of clay and has a wooden stem and is decorated with brass. From the stem, is a chain, with large links, connecting the base to the lid that is stepped and has four birds on the rim, along with a number of balls. Attached to the rim of the lid are four long chains that end with a turquoise-coloured bead and a clear, shaped stone or piece of glass. On the top of the lid is a large, faceted clear stone or glass and a piece of green, clear stone or glass at the top.
