Folding fan (ougi type) made of iron, lacquered bamboo and paper. Lacquered bamboo ribs. Outer covers are iron with engraved and silver inlay dragon. Decorated with a dragon, its head on one side, the design continuing on the other ending with the tail. The paper is painted gold on one side with a red 'sun' motif, the other side painted black with a golden ' moon' (i.e. circle). Rope attached to the bottom, probably more recent, with decorative knot.
