Mani stone. The inscription is difficult to make out, but it appears to read "Om mani padme hum", the most common mantra and very prevalent in the context of mani stones. The other side of the stone could possibly be an example of the web used in some mantras to exorcise evil spirits, but again the imagery is very unclear.
