A pipe with a stem and bowl made from a sheet of iron and a mouthpiece made of cane. The bowl is conical and the iron has a line down one side where the join is. At the end of the stem is some wire painted red that coils around, with the end section un-painted. The wire holds the undecorated, cane mouthpiece in place.
