kava bowl (ceremonial artefacts & rank insignia)

Lemon shaped Kava bowl of shallow profile with four short stout legs in a diamond shape. On one of the long sides the leg bears an additional widening at its top which is doubly pierced to form an integrated lug. The other 3 legs are each teardrop shaped in section, with a ridge that faces outwards towards the four cardinal points of the bowl’s orientation.
