A Victorian birthday or greeting card made from several layers of paper. The base is plain paper which opens out. On the front is a layer of 'laced' embossed and die cut paper, resembling lace with butterfly motifs. On top of this is a printed image of a boy and a girl walking. The boy is carrying a potted tree and the girl, a letter. In front of this is another layer of embossed and die cut paper, creating an oval frame around the children. This layer stands away from the card on paper pleated paper supports beneath.
