A simple Victorian card, made from a folded piece piece of paper, with a gold border. In the top left left corner is the word 'Sunday' within a small embossed border. There is a handwritten greeting on the front:
'My Dearest Carolie
Wear these on the day
you are to be married
and think of
your sincere and
much attached friend-
M. Browne'
The card was originally folded in two places, presumable to contain the gift within. On the reverse, between these folds is the name ' [illegible] Caroline [Tilymaurice?]
