Rectangular decorative plaque with corners cut across. Clay plaque, possibly from an architectural source, decorated in multi-coloured design with a central kirthimuka flanked by two winged makhara, these set within semicircular fields. The whole is surrounded by a border containing circular motifs at regular intervals, with an outer border of scrolling floral and vegetal motifs.
