Circular plate made of brass sheet with everted rim. The chased, engraved and repousse decoration is in concentric bands, the central medallion depictimg a peacock with a cobra in its beak. Surrounding this are bands of floral designs. Each band has either a floral or a decorative design. The outermost band is ridged.
