Four pieces of ivory, each with one flat side and one rounded side. The rounded sides are incised with small lines and larger indents. These four pieces are joined to make a frame. One piece has a small piece of ivory attached to it in the shape of a handle. There is a fifth, flat piece of ivory attached to one of the other pieces with a metal hinge.
These objects are only a part of our collections, of which there are more than 350,000 objects. This information comes from our collections database.
