Rectangular lidded basket or box made of grass, undyed and with a geometric pattern woven into it. The box contains two small cylindrical containers. A handwritten adhesive label, no longer adhering but accompanying the object reads 'Lady's jewellery box made of grass'. A tie-on tag has the number 56.
