Carved and painted wooden model figure of a man, one of the bearers of a palanquin. The left arm is raised slightly in front of his head, which is tilted to one side. The right arm is bent, with the hand about waist high. He is wearing a lungi wrapped around his waist and tied at the front, with the other two corners of the cloth raised at each side, where it is tied. He seems to be the left of the two rear bearers.
