mask (dance & live theatre)

Roughly carved and painted wooden face mask with an open mouth revealing square teeth, and a moustache and long beard represented by means of black hair. The eyes bulge and are set in hooded sockets. Beneath them are semi-circular apertures to allow the wearer to see. At the top of the mask, the remains of fabric are attached.
