14 identical textile samples worked largely in gold-coloured metal-wrapped thread. Seemingly taken from a larger piece with a purple ground into which regularly spaced leaf-shaped motifs have been inlaid (discontinuous supplementary weft). Between the centre field and the border is a row of spaced tree-shaped motifs. The border pattern consists of a gold-coloured zig zag stripe (chevron twill). Between the border and the tree-shaped motifs is a row of repeating dentate shapes (supplementary warp).
