23 strips of woven textile length/ yardage cut from a single cloth. One strip is much narrower than the others. Alternating narrow red and wider blue bands cross a pattern repeat of five (white line, broad blue stripe, narrower red stripe, white line), and a wide white stripe at one end, a wide red stripe in the middle, and an alternating narrow red and wider blue stripe at the other end.
