A pipe stem with a wooden, underlying structure with the length covered in different coloured beads that are arranged to form a triangular pattern. Under the beads is woven plant material. Both ends of the wood taper to form points. One end has a small metal band. The other end has a metal piece that is broad and has ridged decoration and four protruding semi circles.
