There will be no through route in the Gardens on Saturday 19 April, and the Gardens are open on Saturday to Spring Fair ticket holders only. Museum visitors need to enter and exit via London Road.
Hand puppet of a Han Chinese lady depicted wearing a purple silk robe, blue trousers and bound feet shoes. The robe closes at the right hand side and is embroidered on the sleeves and across the opening in black thread. On the trousers there are embroidered endless knot motifs. Her head and hands are made of painted carved wood.
