Cypriot Archaic cup, kylix. A one-piece, finely potted deep cup, resting on a very low disc foot. The cup flares into a smooth, offset lip. It has elaborate decoration. The interior has dull red paint, with three concentric circles at the base in faded black. There is also a black band on the lip, and below the lip.
The exterior lip is painted deep red, with two black bands. On the shoulder of the vessel are two horizontal, circular cross-section handles, both with black dot decoration. In between the handles are five sets of concentric circles, all triple. The background is a buff colour. Below is a thick black band, and below this an orange-red paint covers the surface. All of the colours are dull.
